GLASS IS FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE

We design our suncatchers, mobiles and windchimes to minimize glass contact and breakage, but damage can still occur, especially in high wind. While we cannot offer any guarantees, if your piece has suffered breakage due to high wind conditions (not from being accidentally dropped or otherwise mistreated), we may be able to replace certain parts, at a small charge or no charge, depending on the piece.  Please send us a clear photo of the object so we can assess the damage and advise what can be done about it.

There is no charge for local pickup; S&H is the responsibility of the customer if shipping is required.

A poor choice of supplier resulted in a weak jump ring being used as the very top hanger in several Mobiles & Windchimes sold in 2015. This ring should be round but may be distorting and becoming oval, suggesting it may eventually fail and drop the entire glass hanging to the ground, possibly causing breakage.

If you have a piece dating from 2015, and if the ring hanging your glass is anything other than round, please either replace or simply eliminate that ring.  If you wish a replacement steel ring and a short piece of 60 lb test fishing line to be mailed to you, simply e-mail phil@katyfarmworkshop.com with your US Postal mailing address.
